Loader not working

I went onto the loader panel and tried to download the Black Squad hacks, but nothing happened when I clicked the button, so I tried to reset GUID. Now I can't set GUID, same thing there, nothing happens when I click the button. I followed the post about the loader to the dot, but still not working.
